 Outside Time

 During Large group time today we used the wood pieces to work on making the letter F and letter H. We also talked about the sounds that each letter makes and words that start with the letter.

During small groups we sorted animals into different food groups.

We also investigated some fruits and veggies with magnifying glasses and made observational drawings

We used veggies to paint with they all had different textures for us to explore.

We also used our magnet boards to practice writing letters. We formed the letter with the magnet wood pieces, with the magnet pen, and then wrote it with the pencil.

During Jesus time we passed our around blocks that have the words on them that read the words, "Seek first the kingdom of God" 

As we passed the word each student said the word to practice reading it

At the end we read the verse together!
