Free Choice Time
Before heading to chapel we went on a walk around campus. We really like going down the ramp by the Jr. High Building.
Pastor Hoehner led us in chapel. Pastor Hoehner is the pastor at Chapel of the Cross Lutheran church on Jungermann. His wife is one of our half day preschool teachers.
In chapel we heard the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000. He had us practicing our counting.
In our Large group time we worked on forming the letters "L" and "T" with our wood pieces. We also practiced making the correct sounds for each letter.
In small groups we drew pictures of our favorite foods trying to use the correct colors to make our food look accurate.
Another small group got to make Mat Man on the carpet.
Our last group painted pictures and dictated to Mrs. Schilling what they painted
We got to spend some time on the playground before going to lunch.
