Free Play Time

Outside

During small groups we used the bulletin board, push pins, and rubber bands to make shapes like we did on Tuesday and Wednesday. We are getting better at pushing in the pins.

We painted over shape stickers to make a design of different shapes when we remove the stickers.

We used tissue paper to fill in a rectangle to decorate our door. Some students chose to make a patter or lay all of their pieces straight.

We also made pictures using new tape. We had to learn how to tear the tape from the dispenser. Using our fingers for unfamiliar tasks helps us gain strength in our fine motor muscles.

In Jesus time today we watched a video about Jesus feeding the 5,000. We were all amazed at what Jesus can do. We will continue the story next week.

We always look forward to playing in the gym.
