Back to School

Making snowflake prints using okra, soda bottles, and cups. Open ended painting helps us explore art and find out how we can use different materials to create art.

The exploration table is filled with "snow" (cornstarch and conditioner). It feels soft but is able to compact and hold form

We made snowballs with paper and had a snowball fight to work on our overhand throwing. We also worked on our aim by throwing snowballs at things we saw in the hallway.

We made snowflakes to match the number on our placemat.

We also made snowflakes using Q-tips. We had to squeeze lots of glue on the circles before carefully adding out qtips.

We had to use very careful hands to make walls with cups.
