Zaccheaus Was a Wee Little Man

This morning we made butterflies. We are going to close them up in a box next week on Ash Wednesday and then take them out on Easter. Some worked hard to make different patterns on each wing.

This week in Jesus time we have been learning the story of Zaccheaus. We learned the song to help us remember the story.

During small groups today we worked on lacing cards and counting and matching numbers.

During our center time today I asked each child what they knew about the places that were cold all the time. I recorded their answers to see how much they remember from what we have been learning.

Next week we will come up with new ideas for what we will learn about next.
