This week our Bible story is about Zacchaeus.

We tried to carry bean bags on our fee like penguins hold their eggs.

Then we played a name game where we had to say our name then the name of the person we were going to throw to

We did some small group work today. Small group work gives me the chance to work with students in a smaller group while allowing other students to work on skills independently.
One group worked on cutting starting with straight lines, then curvy, zigzag, and finally cutting out shapes.

The other group worked with me. We practiced making the letters M and V. We also worked on the sounds each letter makes and how to form the letter correctly.

During our center time we painted with Q-tips. Using such a small painting tool helps us practice our tripod grip.

We also worked on writing our names. Mrs. Helmkamp helped to make sure we are learning to form each letter correctly. Some of us even practiced writing smaller and smaller working our our control

Inside the igloo is lots of fun
