This morning we tried our skills at making marshmallow sculptures.
In Jesus time this week we are learning the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000. We talked about how only God can do miracles.
We also made a list of ways that we stay warm and ways animals stay warm.

| We decided to see how animals stay warm by being close together after looking at pictures of penguins and walruses huddled together. Everyone took a turn at being in the middle. |
We practiced painting realistic paintings by looking at paintings pictures of Arctic animals to paint our picture.
We practiced the letter sounds as we matched pictures to the correct initial letter sound.
Mrs. Helmkamp showed the boys how we can make a long track with the flexiblocks and have the wheels roll down.
