Fire Drill

We practiced our fire drill today. In case of a fire we will exit out the back door and meet in the lobby of the Jr. High building. (We got to see the big kids while we practiced)

It was very hot outside but we still managed to have a good time outside before chapel.

Grace and Audrey searched the playground for the stray pieces of sidewalk chalk

Addie and Alex were playing some of the girls from another preschool class. (They were declaring it a girls club)

After chapel we got to work in the classroom.

Many of us took turns on the iPads. Caleb and Alex are putting together puzzles

Caleb, Grace, and Audrey played together with the animals. They turned the shelves into their homes.

Liam discovered a new app that helps us learn numbers, letters, shapes, and colors

Nathan and Nicholas worked together to complete the picture. They were very proud when they finished

Gavin and Brody used their engineering skills in the beginning of the day in the block center.

During Jesus Time we learned how God took care of the animals by creating their homes and food first. He cares for us by giving us everything we need.

We are continuing to work with our names and glue control.

Everyday the students get a chance to pick what jobs they want to do in the classroom. One of our jobs is the class photographer. This person will get the chance to use the ipod to take pictures of what we are doing in the classroom. After they have taken pictures I will work with them to help them decide what pictures are good pictures and which they would like me to post.
